Self-Portraits

In room five we have been sketching our own self-portraits. We used oil pastels to colour in our background and our facial features. What I found hard was doing the nose, neck, and hair and it took me a little while. Also something that I learnt was where to put the facial features in different spots on the face, and lots of different colours in the background.

Spelling

In spelling I am learning to spell words with endings. Some of the words I've been learning are tried, crying, and others. I wrote other words with ending sounds like ing, ed and others. This is a sentence I wrote with some of my words. I carried on writing without any help not stopping once.
